
Embodying the Body: Self Study, Exploration And Healing From The Inside Out, with Sarah Smazal
In this 2 hour workshop, we'll explore the web of mind-body-life connections through asana, meditation, visualization and partner work. By studying our body and our Self, we open up to the opportunity of lifelong health and happiness.

Survivor's Yoga, with Michelle Gatto
Class is especially designed to meet the needs of one who is healing from a situational or developmental trauma which has impacted them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By providing gentle and supportive instruction, this slow flow class allows the student to explore beginner yoga postures in a safe and contained environment. Classes begin with short meditations and incorporate breathwork, self-regulation, mindfulness, restorative poses, sensation awareness, and support in honoring one's natural rhythms.
Cost: $110 or $99 for Soma Vida members – Pre-registration Required
